For Landlords of Rented Propertys we offer a new EPC system.

One EPC on the first visit (not logged with Landmark).  This is to put the Energy Saving improvements to the Landlord befor the EPC is then Logged with Landmark.

The second visit will be required to take photographs and collect information on the improvments carried out by the Landlord.

With the increasing price of house hold gas and electric bills this will help reduce the cost to your customer, and improve the Customer/Landlord relationship.
